'DawnRidgeCommons' began with one vision: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Bianchi family back in 1985, our little pizza place was born from a deep passion for food, utilizing recipes that have traversed many generations.
Our founder, Marco Bianchi, embraced the pizza crafting arts during her time in Italy, where she trained with experienced pizzaiolos in the pizza heartland of Naples. Once back in the UK, she was committed to bringing that authentic Italian taste to life, focusing on age-old techniques and selecting only the finest ingredients.
What originated as a quaint 12-seater has since flourished into a culinary staple in the community. However, our essence remains intact, as we continue to employ traditional wood-fired ovens, bake our dough freshly each day, and prioritize superior ingredient quality.
Still under family ownership, 'DawnRidgeCommons' now blossoms with the Bianchi family's second generation at the helm. While innovation has slightly altered our course, we've steadfastly held onto our founding principles: forging sumptuous, genuine pizzas that unite friends and family.
